Registration and application through InternAVIA are free of charge. Candidates are not required to make any payment for submitting an application, attending an interview, or merely receiving an employment offer. Where a candidate successfully obtains employment through placement assistance provided by InternAVIA and voluntarily accepts a verified written employment offer facilitated through InternAVIA, a professional placement service fee of ₹5,000 shall become applicable, subject to the Candidate Placement Terms. The fee is charged for the professional placement and career-support services provided by InternAVIA and not for the sale, guarantee, reservation or procurement of a job or offer letter. Payment of any fee does not influence an employer’s recruitment decision and does not guarantee employment, salary, designation, location, duration of employment or continuation of employment. The fee is inclusive of GST. A candidate selected in the first-round interview is asked to accept a placement declaration; nothing is paid at that stage. The fee becomes applicable only after the employer's written offer has been issued and the candidate has confirmed on their own InternAVIA dashboard that they have received it and accepted it. InternAVIA asks for the fee only on that dashboard, and it is paid online to Elite World Services Limited — never to a personal UPI ID, a personal bank account or in cash, and never in order to release an offer letter. The fee is refunded in full if the employer withdraws the written offer before the candidate's joining date for a reason that is not caused by the candidate. It is not refunded because the candidate, having accepted the offer, decides not to join. To claim a refund, the candidate emails aviation@ews.aero with the receipt number; the refund is made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 15 working days of approval.
