Certificate of completion

A certificate that says exactly what it means.

InternAVIA issues certificates of completion. Each one can be checked by anyone, and we are plain about what it does and does not confirm.

From assessment to public check

How a certificate is issued

Four stops, in this order. None of them can be skipped.

A certificate is created only by the server after it re-checks every condition. Opening a page or reaching a web address never issues one.

  1. Stop 1 of 4

    Pass the assessment

    18 of 24 correct

Pass the final assessment. For Aviation Foundations that is 18 of 24 questions correct, within 40 minutes.

    • First, complete every lesson and every practice quiz.
    • Verify your email address.
  2. Stop 2 of 4

    Confirm your name

    Your Name

Confirm the name to print. It is the name the certificate will carry.

  3. Stop 3 of 4

    Certificate issued with a number

    IA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

The certificate is then issued by the system straight away. Every certificate carries a unique number and a QR code.

  4. Stop 4 of 4

    Anyone can check it

    internavia.ews.aero/verify

An employer or a college scans the code or types the number, and the public page answers.

What an InternAVIA certificate confirms

Using Aviation Foundations as the example. Each course page states its own conditions.

Confirms

What it confirms

  • The person named completed every lesson and practice quiz of the course.
  • They passed the final assessment under the published rules.
  • The email address on the account was verified.
  • It was issued by Elite World Services Limited through InternAVIA, on the date shown.

Does not confirm

What it does not confirm

  • It is not a licence, rating or regulated qualification.
  • It is not recognised or endorsed by DGCA, BCAS, ICAO, IATA, ACI, any airline or any university.
  • It carries no academic credit.
  • It does not guarantee a job, an internship, an interview or a place in any programme.
  • It does not replace the training an employer or regulator requires for a role.
Recognition and requirements differ from country to country. If you need a qualification for a specific role, ask the employer or the aviation authority where you plan to work.

Where it helps

Something real to show, in two places

A certificate of completion shows what you learned. Here is where learners use it.

A young man in an airport terminal holding up a certificate in an open folder, an aircraft on the apron behind him
On your CV and profileAdd it, with its numberA certificate of completion with a number anyone can check. Add it to your CV and your profile, so a reader can confirm it without asking you.
A smiling young man in a blazer handing a folder across a desk to an interviewer seen from behind, a model aircraft on the table
In an interviewTalk about what you learnedHow airports and airlines work, and the roles, words and procedures that come up when you apply and when you are interviewed.

Said once, plainly

It shows what you learned. It does not guarantee a job, an interview or an internship. Getting the job comes down to your own skill and effort.

Three different things

Introductory course, completion certificate, regulated qualification

These are often confused. They are not the same, and only the first two are what InternAVIA offers.

  • Introductory education

Courses that explain how aviation works, for people who are new to it. This is what InternAVIA teaches.

    InternAVIA offers this

  • Certificate of completion

A record that a named person finished a course and passed its assessment on a given date. It is evidence of learning, issued by the course provider.

    InternAVIA issues this

  • Regulated professional qualification

A licence, rating or approval, such as those for pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers, dispatchers and cabin crew. These come only from training organisations approved by a national aviation authority.

    InternAVIA does not offer this
