After 12th & freshers — FAQs
Can I do an aviation internship after 12th?+
Yes. InternAVIA welcomes 12th-pass students from any stream. No prior aviation experience is required — you train on the job under an airport supervisor across passenger services, ground operations and lounge roles.
Is the internship suitable for freshers with no experience?+
Absolutely. The programme is designed for freshers. You learn live airport operations through supervised shifts, receive a 5-dimension performance assessment, and finish with an EWS-certified completion certificate.
Do I need a specific degree or course?+
No specific degree is required. Students from any stream, diploma holders and first-year undergraduates can apply. Aviation, hospitality and management backgrounds are a natural fit, but not mandatory.
Will I be paid as a fresher?+
Internships are paid where provided by the host organisation, and eligible students may receive a monthly stipend under the PM Internship Scheme. You also receive a completion certificate recognised by aviation employers.
