Airport internship FAQs
What does an airport internship involve?+
An airport internship places you inside live airport operations at one of 67 Indian airports. You work supervised shifts across roles such as passenger services, airport operations, lounge & hospitality, and baggage & ramp support — gaining real, hands-on experience rather than classroom theory.
Is there a stipend for the airport internship?+
Stipend where the host organisation provides one; the amount is stated in your offer letter before you accept. You also receive an EWS-certified completion certificate. Eligible for the Government PM Internship Scheme? Apply free at the official portal: https://pminternship.mca.gov.in
How long is the airport internship and where will I be placed?+
The programme runs for 3 or 6 months. You are placed at one airport in our network of 67 across India — including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Bhopal and Indore — based on availability at the start of your batch and your stated city preferences.
Who can apply for an airport internship?+
Students and freshers pursuing aviation, hospitality, management or related fields can apply. There are entry routes for 12th-pass students and diploma holders too — see our internships after 12th & for freshers page.
