Terminal & Passenger

Meet & Assist Service Staff

Escort and look after premium, VIP and first-time passengers through the terminal.

12th pass and above; freshers welcome Rotational shifts

You will create an account and attach your CV. Free to apply; placement professional fees of ₹5,000 (incl. GST) apply only if you are selected.

No live seat is open for this role today. Registering puts you on our screened Placement Desk bench, and our HR team contacts you when a matching requirement opens at the airport you pick. Roles with a seat open right now are under live placements.

Meet & assist is the service EWS is known for. You meet a named passenger at the kerb or the aerobridge, carry them through check-in, immigration, security and the lounge, and hand them over at the gate or the car — having removed every point of friction they would otherwise have hit alone.

The guests are business travellers, VIPs, families with young children, elderly passengers and first-time flyers. What makes someone good at it is not a qualification; it is anticipating the next step before the guest has to ask.

What you’ll do

  • Meet the assigned guest at the agreed point — kerbside, aerobridge, gate or lounge
  • Escort through check-in, immigration, security and the lounge without queues where entitled
  • Coordinate porter, buggy and wheelchair support ahead of the guest arriving
  • Track the live flight status and move the plan when the schedule moves
  • Liaise with airline, CISF, immigration and lounge teams to keep the transit clean
  • Handle transfers and tight connections, including terminal changes
  • Assist with baggage identification and reclaim on arrival
  • Complete the service record and guest feedback for every assignment
  • Maintain a calm, discreet, professional presence with high-profile guests
  • Report service failures honestly and immediately — the recovery depends on it

What we’re looking for

  • 12th pass minimum; hospitality, travel or aviation training is an advantage
  • Confident, polished spoken English; a second language is a real asset
  • Genuinely warm and observant — this role is judged on anticipation, not procedure
  • Immaculate grooming and bearing; you represent the guest’s host
  • Comfortable walking long distances across a terminal through a full shift
  • Absolute discretion with guest identity and itinerary

Clearances and training

Airport work is regulated. These apply to this role, and we tell you before you start — never after. Where training is employer-arranged, we say so.

  • Airport Entry Permit (AEP) with the terminal access the role needs
  • BCAS-approved AVSEC awareness training
  • Police verification and a clean background check
  • Station-specific briefing on terminal layout, lounge access and protocol handling

Shift reality: Rotational shifts tied to flight banks — early arrivals and late departures are normal.

Where we recruit for this

Pick the airport you can realistically travel to every day — shift rosters start before dawn and end after midnight, so the commute decides more than people expect.
