Elite World Services is hiring Shift Supervisors for premium cafe and F&B outlets in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bhopal. You are the person in charge while your shift is running — you open or close the outlet, deploy the team, keep service fast and consistent, and make the call when something goes wrong.

What you'll do

Take charge of the outlet for the duration of your shift, open to close

Deploy the team across counter, floor, bar and kitchen by demand

Hold service speed and food quality through the peak

Run the opening, closing and changeover checklists without shortcuts

Handle cash-up, float, till reconciliation and the shift handover note

Resolve guest complaints on the spot and escalate only what needs it

Keep hygiene, food-safety and equipment checks current through the shift

Record stock movement, wastage and short-supply items for the manager

Coach colleagues on the floor in the moment — product, upsell and service

Enforce safety, security and emergency procedures

What we're looking for

2+ years in a cafe, QSR, restaurant, hotel or airport-lounge supervisory role

Confident leading a team of 5–15 through a busy shift

Proficient in English and the local language

Comfortable with POS, billing and basic stock systems

Flexible across opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts

Calm, decisive and detail-driven under pressure
