Elite World Services is hiring F&B Executives for premium cafe and F&B outlets in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bhopal. This is the service role on the floor — you take the order, you carry the tray, you read the table and you make the visit feel effortless. Freshers are welcome and trained on the job.
What you'll do
- Greet, seat and look after guests through the whole visit
- Take orders accurately, punch them correctly and confirm modifiers
- Serve food and beverages to standard, in the right sequence, at the right temperature
- Set up, replenish and clear the service, buffet and beverage stations
- Keep table turnaround quick without ever making a guest feel rushed
- Know the menu well enough to recommend and to answer allergen questions
- Support billing and settlement at the table or counter
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas
- Act on guest feedback immediately and pass it to the supervisor
What we're looking for
- Freshers welcome — a genuine guest-first attitude matters most
- Clear, polite communication in English and the local language
- Presentable, energetic and comfortable on your feet through a shift
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- A hospitality or hotel-management qualification is an advantage, not a requirement
