Elite World Services is hiring Cafe Managers for premium cafe and F&B outlets in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bhopal. You will run the outlet end to end — commercial performance, the team, the guest experience and the standards that hold all three together. This is the senior role on the floor: the person the shift, the guest and the brand all answer to.
What you'll do
- Own the outlet P&L — daily sales, cost of goods, wastage, labour cost and margin
- Lead, roster and develop the full outlet team across shifts and weekly offs
- Set and hold the guest-experience standard, from the first greeting to the bill
- Run the daily operating rhythm — opening and closing checks, briefings, handovers
- Own inventory, indenting, vendor coordination and monthly stock takes
- Ensure food safety, FSSAI compliance, hygiene audits and equipment upkeep
- Drive the beverage and food programme with the brand and the chef
- Analyse sales mix and footfall and act on what the numbers say
- Handle escalated guest complaints personally and close the loop
- Recruit, induct and certify new colleagues with the training team
- Report daily and monthly performance to the area or brand manager
What we're looking for
- 3+ years running a cafe, QSR, restaurant or lounge outlet, including full team ownership
- Demonstrable P&L or cost-control responsibility — not just shift supervision
- Fluent in English and the local language, written and spoken
- Working knowledge of POS, inventory and rostering systems
- Food-safety awareness; FSSAI or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Available for shifts, weekends and public holidays as the business needs
