What you'll do
- Supervise food quality and service efficiency across shifts
- Lead the front-of-house team and rosters
- Ensure setup, cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage stock checks and daily reports
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in an F&B supervisory role
- Proficient in English and the local language
- Knowledge of inventory and billing systems
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays
