About this opening
Elite World Services is hiring Baristas for premium cafe outlets in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bhopal. You will pull consistent espresso, steam milk properly and build the menu to spec — while talking to the guest in front of you. Trained freshers are welcome; the craft can be taught, the attitude cannot.
What you'll do
- Prepare espresso, milk-based, brewed and cold beverages to recipe and spec
- Dial in the grinder and adjust through the day for dose, yield and taste
- Steam and texture milk to standard; pour latte art where the brand calls for it
- Keep the machine, grinder, brew kit and counter clean and calibrated
- Take orders, describe the menu confidently and suggest with judgement
- Hold speed and consistency through the morning and evening peaks
- Manage counter stock — beans, milk, syrups, cups — and flag short supply
- Follow FIFO, labelling, temperature and food-safety discipline
- Keep the bar and guest-facing counter spotless throughout the shift
What we're looking for
- Barista experience preferred; trained freshers with a barista course are welcome
- Genuine interest in coffee — extraction, grind, ratio and taste
- Steady hands, consistency and speed at the bar under volume
- Conversational English and the local language
- Presentable, warm and comfortable talking to guests all day
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including early openings
