These terms apply when you buy an online course on InternAVIA. They sit beside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where they differ about a course you bought, these terms apply.
01Who sells the course
Courses are sold by Elite World Services Limited (CIN U71100DL2020PLC359702), Elite Tower, 1st Floor, G-364/B, Raj Nagar-II, Palam Colony, New Delhi 110077, India, through InternAVIA.
02Price, GST and invoice
- The price on the course page is in Indian rupees and includes GST. It is the amount you pay. There are no other charges.
- In India you receive a GST tax invoice by email when the payment is confirmed. The state you choose at checkout decides whether it shows CGST and SGST or IGST.
- A buyer outside India, where that is allowed, receives one GST-inclusive amount on an invoice marked “International customer” with their country.
- A founding or other offer shown to you on the course page is shown again at checkout before you pay, and appears on the invoice as a discount.
03Payment
Payment is taken in Indian rupees through an Indian payment gateway: UPI, cards issued in India and Indian net banking. Cards issued outside India are not accepted yet. The payment is made once; nothing renews.
04Before you buy
- Some courses must follow another one. The course page says so, and checkout will not open until it is done. The Virtual Aviation Work Simulation — CSA & Check-in needs the free Aviation Foundations course passed first.
- Before you pay you are asked to confirm that you have read the price and the refund terms of that course.
05Access
- Your access starts when the payment is confirmed and lasts for the period shown on the course page (28 days for the Virtual Aviation Work Simulation — CSA & Check-in). If something stops you finishing in time, write to aviation@ews.aero and ask for an extension.
- A course is for you alone. Do not share your account or let anyone else sit your attempts or exams.
06Refunds
- Each course shows its refund rule before you pay. The rule for InternAVIA paid courses is: a full refund while fewer than 25% of the course’s lessons have been opened; after that, no refund. In the Virtual Aviation Work Simulation — CSA & Check-in, the practice shifts are lessons of the course and count towards the 25%.
- To ask, write to aviation@ews.aero from your registered email with your order reference. A person reads every request.
- An approved refund is paid back the way you paid, and you receive a credit note against your invoice. Your access to the course normally ends.
- If you were charged twice or by mistake, write to us whatever the rule says.
07Certificates
- A certificate is issued only when the course’s conditions are met, as the course page states. It is a certificate of completion. It is not a licence or a regulated qualification and is not endorsed by any regulator, airline, airport or university.
- For the Virtual Aviation Work Simulation — CSA & Check-in, the Certificate of Simulated Work Experience — Customer Service Agent (Check-in) is issued when every module’s graded shifts reach 60%, the final exam reaches 70% and the capstone shift is passed. It is confirmed in the simulation, not at an airport, and is not airport work experience.
- The name on a certificate is the one you confirm when it is issued. Anyone can check a certificate on its public verification page, which shows the name, the course and, for the work simulation, the Simulation Score.
- A certificate obtained by breaking section 08 may be withdrawn.
08Fair use of courses and the simulation
- Do your own attempts. No shared accounts, no scripts or automation, no one else answering for you.
- In the work simulation, attempts are marked on our server from the actions you take. The capstone shift has one 45-minute clock kept by the server, is started and sent once, and a passenger finished in under 60 seconds does not count. It is passed with an average of 65 and no safety-critical mistake.
- Leaving the browser tab during the capstone is counted and shown on your result. It is not marked.
- We may void an attempt that breaks these rules, and tell you why.
09What a course is not
- Completing a course does not guarantee a job, an interview or an internship.
- Courses are optional. Buying one, or not, has no effect on selection for InternAVIA internships or apprenticeships.
- The airline in the work simulation, InternAir, is fictional. Its rules are written for training; real airlines and airports use their own systems and rules.
10Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The terms you accepted when you paid apply to that course. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, as in the Terms of Service. Questions and complaints: aviation@ews.aero.
