30-day access

  • You have 30 days from enrolment. Many learners finish in about 7 days — go at your own pace.
  • Your progress is saved to your account, so you can switch between phone and computer.
  • If you pass within the 30 days, you keep access to claim and download your certificate, and a learner who needs a retake keeps access for it.
  • If something stops you finishing in time, ask support for an extension.

Assessment

Final assessment and certificate

The rules are the same for every learner and are applied by the system, not by a person.

24

multiple-choice questions

40 min

in one sitting

18/24

correct answers to pass

3

attempts in total

The assessment

  • Opens when you have completed every lesson and every practice quiz, and verified your email.
  • 24 multiple-choice questions, 4 from each of the six modules, 1 mark each.
  • 40 minutes in one sitting. Extra time is available if you need an access arrangement.
  • Marked by the system the moment you hand in. Your result, and how you did in each module, shows on screen straight away.
  • It is individual work. You may use your own notes; AVIA stays switched off throughout the course and the assessment.

You need 18 of 24 correct. Pass, confirm the name to print, and your certificate is issued immediately.

Retakes and support

  • No waiting: nobody has to mark your paper, so the result and the certificate come the moment you finish.
  • 2 free reassessments after your first attempt, a one-hour break to revise, and a fresh set of questions each time.
  • If a verified technical failure interrupts a sitting, support can reset it without using up a retake.
  • If you think a question was marked wrongly, tell us through support in My Learning.

Certificate of completion

The certificate — InternAVIA Certificate in Aviation Foundations

Free, issued only after you pass, with a verified email and your name confirmed. The name you give at enrolment appears on it — you can correct it before it is issued; after that, support corrects it and replaces the certificate. It carries a unique ID and a QR code that anyone can use to check it is genuine.

Scope: Introductory aviation knowledge and simulated exercises. Issued by Elite World Services Limited through InternAVIA. Not a licence, rating or qualification, and not recognised or endorsed by DGCA, BCAS, ICAO, IATA, ACI, any airline or any university.

Who is behind these courses

An aviation company that teaches, not a course company

InternAVIA is part of Elite World Services Limited. We have worked at airports since 2012: meeting, assisting and escorting passengers, every day of the year and around the clock. These courses teach the work our own teams do.

Straight talk

Not a licence. A real head start.

InternAVIA courses, free or paid, are not affiliated with or approved by any aviation regulator, and we will never tell you otherwise. What they give you is what a fresher usually lacks: aviation knowledge you can show.

What this course is not

  • Not a licence, a rating or a regulated qualification.
  • Not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any regulatory body, airline or university.
  • Not a promise of a job, an internship or an interview.

Completing this course or holding its certificate does not guarantee a job, an internship, an interview or a place in any programme. Course enrolment is separate from InternAVIA internship and job applications. It is not a licence or a regulator-approved qualification, and it does not replace the training an employer or regulator requires for a role.

  • Real aviation knowledge

How airports and airlines actually work, from the terminal to the turnaround. The thing most freshers cannot yet explain.

  • The language of the job

The roles, words and procedures that come up when you apply and when you are interviewed.

  • A certificate on your CV

A certificate of completion with a number anyone can check. Add it to your CV and your profile.

  • Confidence as a fresher

Apply for entry-level aviation roles knowing what the work involves and what will be asked of you.

Getting the job comes down to your own skill and effort. The course makes sure you walk in with something real to show.
