Elite World Services is hiring a Lounge Station Manager for a new premium airport lounge at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, opening in October 2026. This is an opening-team role: you join before the first guest arrives and help set the standard the lounge runs on.
What you'll do
- Own the lounge end to end — guest experience, operations, people and financial results
- Lead the opening: set up SOPs, rosters, vendor contracts and daily operating rhythm
- Build and lead a team of about 60 across service, kitchen, housekeeping and airport services
- Manage relationships with the airport operator, airlines, security agencies and regulators
- Own the budget, revenue, food cost and manpower cost; report monthly to management
- Hold audit, food-safety, security and statutory compliance at all times
What we're looking for
- Graduate; hotel management or aviation management preferred
- 8+ years in hospitality or airport services, with at least 3 years running a unit
- Experience with airport or lounge operations is a strong advantage
- Fluent English and Hindi; confident with senior stakeholders
- Willing to relocate to Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) and join in October 2026
