Elite World Services is hiring a Purchase & Store Executive for a new premium airport lounge at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, opening in October 2026. This is an opening-team role: you join before the first guest arrives and help set the standard the lounge runs on.
What you'll do
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate with approved vendors, including mainland supply
- Receive, inspect and record goods; maintain FIFO, par levels and storage standards
- Issue stock to kitchen and service against requisitions
- Run daily and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances
- Keep purchase, GRN and inventory records accurate in the system
What we're looking for
- Graduate (commerce preferred)
- 2+ years in hotel, restaurant or F&B purchase or stores
- Comfortable with Excel and inventory software
- Willing to relocate to Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) and join in October 2026
