Elite World Services is hiring an HR Executive for a new premium airport lounge at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, opening in October 2026. This is an opening-team role: you join before the first guest arrives and help set the standard the lounge runs on.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for the opening team
  • Maintain personnel files, attendance, leave and payroll inputs
  • Handle airport ID and security-pass paperwork for staff
  • Run induction and training calendars with the department heads
  • Be the first point of contact for employee questions and grievances

What we're looking for

  • Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
  • 2+ years in HR operations, ideally in hospitality
  • Working knowledge of Indian labour-law compliance (PF, ESI)
  • Willing to relocate to Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) and join in October 2026
