Elite World Services is hiring Guest Service Officers for a new premium airport lounge at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, opening in October 2026. This is an opening-team role: you join before the first guest arrives and help set the standard the lounge runs on.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests, validate boarding passes and entitlement cards, and record entry
- Answer questions on flights, facilities and timings
- Keep guests informed of boarding calls and delays
- Handle guest feedback politely and escalate when needed
What we're looking for
- Graduate; aviation, hospitality or tourism background preferred
- Freshers with good communication are welcome
- Good spoken English and Hindi; well groomed
- Willing to relocate to Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) and join in October 2026
