Elite World Services is hiring a Lounge Duty Manager for a new premium airport lounge at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, opening in October 2026. This is an opening-team role: you join before the first guest arrives and help set the standard the lounge runs on.
What you'll do
- Take charge of the lounge through your shift, from briefing to handover
- Deploy GSOs, F&B, kitchen and housekeeping teams to match flight waves
- Handle guest escalations, airline coordination and access-control issues on the spot
- Run opening and closing checks, cash and card reconciliation, and the shift report
- Coach supervisors and associates on the floor
What we're looking for
- Graduate; hotel management preferred
- 4+ years in hotels, lounges or airport hospitality, including supervisory experience
- Calm and decisive under pressure; strong English and Hindi
- Comfortable with rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing to relocate to Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) and join in October 2026
