Elite World Services is hiring Commis Chefs for a new premium airport lounge at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, opening in October 2026. This is an opening-team role: you join before the first guest arrives and help set the standard the lounge runs on.
Seven positions: four Commis II and three Commis III. The level offered depends on your experience.
What you'll do
- Prepare and cook dishes to recipe under the CDP
- Handle mise en place, portioning and buffet replenishment
- Keep your station clean and follow food-safety rules
- Receive and store kitchen stock correctly
What we're looking for
- Culinary or hotel management diploma preferred; trained freshers welcome for Commis III
- Commis II: 1–3 years in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
- Willing to work shifts
- Willing to relocate to Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) and join in October 2026
