Elite World Services is hiring a Chef de Partie for a new premium airport lounge at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, opening in October 2026. This is an opening-team role: you join before the first guest arrives and help set the standard the lounge runs on.
What you'll do
- Run a kitchen section and lead the commis on shift
- Plan and produce buffet and à la carte items to recipe and standard
- Control food cost, wastage and indenting for the section
- Maintain food-safety, hygiene and FSSAI standards
What we're looking for
- Culinary diploma or hotel management degree
- 4+ years in hotel or institutional kitchens, including time as Demi CDP or CDP
- Indian and continental cuisine
- Willing to relocate to Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) and join in October 2026
