Elite World Services is hiring experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors for premium hospitality & F&B outlets. You will supervise the consistency of food quality and service, lead the front-of-house team across shifts, and keep the guest experience and operational standards consistently high.

What you'll do

Supervise the consistency of food quality and service efficiency across shifts

Monitor seating, guest flow and service efficiency during peak hours

Ensure proper setup of buffet counters, beverage stations and service areas to company standards

Manage inventory checks and ordering requirements for section-head approval

Control outlet expenses with a focus on higher revenue and profit

Enforce cleanliness and hygiene of service areas and guest hallways

Prepare daily operational reports, shift handovers and stock consumption records

Coordinate with the Chef and F&B Head on menus and guest feedback

Maintain quality-assurance and guest-satisfaction standards against set KPIs

Train and develop service colleagues on menu knowledge, selling and hygiene

Uphold safety, security, food-safety and crisis-management procedures

Handle guest complaints and promote a positive, team-oriented environment

What we're looking for

2+ years in an F&B supervisory role — highway outlets, restaurants, hotels, airport lounges, QSR or hospitality chains

Proficient in English and the local language, written and spoken

Knowledge of inventory management, billing systems and operational controls

Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays as per business needs

Strong attention to detail and extensive service knowledge; a self-motivator
